I am the eldest of six and was raised bilingual and bicultural in France by Dutch parents, which may explain my natural ability to bridge worlds, perspectives, and ways of being.
At 58, I moved to London with just two suitcases and no money, to rise from my ashes after choosing to leave a toxic relationship in France - proving that courage and resilience can create extraordinary new beginnings.
I've lived in four countries (France, The Netherlands, UK, and Croatia), each move marking a significant chapter in my reinvention story.
I'm the proud grandmother of two grandsons, born just three months apart, showing that life keeps adding beautiful new chapters.
Now, at 69, I live on Croatia's stunning Dalmatian coast, having created a life that perfectly blends a slower and more intentional pace of life with impact with freedom.
Oh, and I forgot to say ... I spell my first name with a capital Y because I say Yes to life!
